Million Tears is a new collection of hope-filled laments and Gospel-tinged bluegrass, country, and folk songs penned to bring you closer to the hope of heaven. Birthed from Niki’s own sorrow for the loss of her parents six weeks apart in 2021, as well as the loss of two close friends that same year, she takes you deep into her own grief laced with the joy of knowing that Christian believers know their ultimate destiny is to one day be home with Jesus forever.

Fans of Allison Krauss, Emmylou Harris, and Mary Chapin Carpenter will appreciate the depth of Niki’s lyricism and melodic intuition from uptempo bluegrass romps like “Valley of Shadow and Light” to the hauntingly beautiful title track “Million Tears” with its intentional Celtic nod.

Sometimes joyful, sometimes lilting and moody, Niki takes the listener through myriad emotions as she releases her loved ones to God’s eternal care and anticipates her own departure from earth to heaven someday.
