MILLION TEARS

I will weep my million tears for you
Until eternity rolls down

Weeping for the most personal, way down deep things in our broken hearts; weeping for things that we do not readily, if ever, talk to others about; weeping until our time on earth ends and eternity begins.

Lifting me into the arms of God
Where tears no longer will be found

My grief is known. My tears are seen.

He will wipe them all away one by one
While speaking healing to my soul

So personal, so intimate; so cherished by the Father as He tenderly holds His child in His strong, enveloping embrace; His child resting in peace at last upon His breast.

Weeping of this world’s long darkest night
Wakes to the morn of heaven’s joy

From unspeakable grief to perfect peace… and joy forevermore. This is our hope. This is our God.
